Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to the appointment start time. If you booked online you can manage your own appointments through your profile. Should you arrive anymore than 10 minutes after the allocated appointment start time, you will be required to reschedule subject to the days availability.,
