At Doctors 365 we accept most Medical Aid plans, please note however we are not network providers, other than for GEMS, Medi-Help, BestMed, Medshield and Prime cure (Dis-Chem, Kaelo etc) medical aids. For instance we accept all plans on Discovery other than Smart plan and Key Care which require you to visit a designated provider. If you are unsure, please call us and have your medical aid details on hand so we can confirm your coverage.
